The Qabbalistic Cross is a ritual from the tradition of Christian Qabbalah and it is a short prayer meant to be used as a setting of intention before longer practices and rituals. I also use it as a reminder to deny myself and take up my cross daily, as Jesus said we must do to follow Him (Luke 9:23). The words to the qabbalistic cross are from the end of the Lord’s Prayer and they are recited in Hebrew.
They mean: Thou art the Kingdom, and the Power, and the Glory, for ever and ever, amen.

The movements are simple. Use your right hand with your index and middle fingers outstretched and the others held down. (Or you can do it while holding a stick of frankincense incense.)
The Qabbalistic Cross

Start by pointing to the middle of your forehead.
Say,”Ateh,” slowly and with heavy vibration, similar to chanting.
Point to the ground below your feet.
“Malkuth,” in the same manner.
Point to your right shoulder.
“ve-Geburah.”
Point to your left shoulder.
“ve-Gedulah.”
Point to the middle of your chest.
“Le olam.”
Clasp your hands together in prayer at your heart.
“Amen.”
