Moonlight

Moonlight

Mist hangs o'er a moonlit valley
Icy air with a war beneath
In darkness, our blades rose and fell
I rode out on a red-eyed beast

Black clouds part for gleaming moonlight
Steel-clad feet churn the ground to mud
Soldiers rally to their masters
Moonlight gleams off the drops of blood

Hear the roar!
A brutal war
Is all around
But you want more!

Ravenous beasts feed their bloodlust
Up above there's a watchful eye
Chaos drives us ever madder
Lightning strikes all across the sky!

Darkness covers all the bloodshed
Fires rage from arrow’s flight
Steel tears flesh in ruthless fury
Legions fall before awesome might

Battle cry!
It's fight or die!
There's nothing left
But you and I
