Preheat oven to 425° F. Slice bread loaf in half.
Grind cumin seeds, coriander seeds, pumpkin seeds, oregano, cinnamon, garlic powder, chipotle powder, and red pepper flakes in mortar and pestle or spice grinder to medium consistency.
Mix together ground spices, chives, minced garlic, salt and pepper, and plant-based butter. Spread evenly over cut sides of bread.
Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
